Canines and Mankind had used to live together in harmony. Side by side, they were always there for each other. Until one day, they all disappeared. Lost and alone, the dogs of Earth stranded together, struggling to live without the help of their human companions.
Year after year passed, until the dogs eventually forgot all about human existence. Sadly, just how times change, so do personalities. Many breeds began to only be near dogs of their breed. Fights began to break out between dogs. As more months passed, the severity of the fights increased. It wasn't until the biggest fight in dog history that it all changed.
Dogs were howling and growling as one after another fell to the ground, dead. A small group of dogs were on the side, resisting the fight. They didn't want to fight, and they understood how wrong it was. A vision of the Wolf God Lupus suddenly flashed in their eyes, as his deep voice rang throughout their ears. He was telling them to end the fight!
Knowing what they needed to do, the small group of five dogs ran up to the highest ledge above the huge fight. They howled in unison together, sharing their words of wisdom given to them by the Wolf God. "Dogs should not be fighting! We should be together in unison! We could help each other!"
The fighting stopped, as they all turned to stare at the five dogs. Some lowered their heads in shame, while the others snarled in defiance. The dogs who lowered their heads in shame then straightened up and stood together, circling around the dogs who still stood in defiance. Together, along with the five dogs, they defeated the ones who were against living together, and sent them away to a different side of the forest they had decided to call home.
Peace had been somewhat restored, as the packs gave themselves names. The pack of the good dogs were then called the Ganbarou Pack, while the pack of bad dogs deemed themselves the Hiun Pack. Overtime, dogs decided to leave their packs to join another, or live alone in the unclaimed parts of the woods.
Decades have passed since then, but the Hiun Pack is growing, and they are beginning to pose a bigger threat to all of Dog-Kind. Desperate for more power, they've been stealing innocent dogs and holding them hostage, or doing even worse. The time of peace and quiet is ending, and the time for war is approaching quickly.
